Vendors
Contact centre and phone system vendors we advise on
We hold relationships across more than thirty platforms covering contact centre, unified communications, CRM, AI voice, connectivity, cybersecurity and end user computing. Breadth is what makes the advice worth taking: no single vendor is large enough in our book to buy a recommendation.
How we cover them
What sits behind every vendor record
Each platform is researched against the same fields and updated when the vendor changes something. That is what allows a genuine comparison rather than a collection of brochures.
Platforms we advise on
Every platform below has an advisory page covering pricing, fit, Australian data residency and the questions worth putting to the vendor before you sign.
Due diligence
The questions we put to every vendor
These apply regardless of platform, and the answers are what separate a shortlist from a guess.
Certification scope
The certificate itself, and whether its scope covers the module you are buying. Scope exclusions are common and rarely volunteered.
Which entity carries support
Some platforms support partners rather than end users, so response times come from a reseller agreement rather than the vendor SLA.
What the SLA pays out
Whether service credits exist, which maintenance windows are excluded, and who has to report the outage before the clock starts.
Integration ownership
Whether the connector to your CRM is built and maintained by the vendor, by a third party, or by you.
Renewal and exit
Uplift caps, notice periods, data extraction and what happens to call recordings when you leave.
Roadmap sold as current
Anything demonstrated that is not yet generally available, identified and dated in writing before it counts towards a decision.
We are vendor funded and completely free to your business. Always focused on the right outcome.
Compare them yourself, then let us test the claims.
The comparison tool is open and free. When you want the shortlist scored against your own requirements and the vendor answers put in writing, book a call.
