Vendor Match
Get a shortlist built around your requirements
Answer a short set of questions about how your team works, what you already run and what you are required to comply with. The result is a ranked shortlist with the reasoning shown, so you can see why each platform placed where it did and argue with it if you disagree.
How the ranking works
What the questions are actually testing
The scoring is not a preference survey. Each answer either removes platforms that cannot meet a requirement, or moves platforms up because they fit your situation better than the alternatives.
Match or compare
Two ways in, depending on how far along you are
Some buyers arrive knowing the four platforms they are weighing up. Others know the problem and not the market. The two tools answer different questions.
Start with Vendor Match
Use this when you know your requirements better than you know the vendors. The questions take a few minutes and produce a ranked shortlist with reasons attached. It is the faster route when the market is unfamiliar and you need somewhere defensible to start.
You know the problem
Start with Vendor Compare
Use the open comparison when you already have platforms in mind and want them side by side on channels, integrations, data residency, certifications and commercial model. No questions and no form. It is also the right tool for checking quotes you have already received.

What happens next
From a shortlist to a signed contract
The shortlist is the easy part. Everything after it is where a selection is won or lost, and we run all of it at no cost to you.
You get the ranked shortlist
On screen immediately, with the reasoning for each placement. Email it to yourself as a PDF if you want to circulate it internally.
We pressure test it with you
A short call to check the assumptions behind the ranking. Requirements stated on a form are rarely the full picture, and a fifteen minute conversation usually changes the order.
Vendors answer the same questions in writing
We run the shortlisted vendors through an identical set of questions, including the ones about certification scope, support entity and renewal terms that are easy to answer vaguely.
Demonstrations built around your scenarios
Vendors demonstrate against your call flows and your integrations rather than their standard script, so you are comparing the same thing across all of them.
Commercials and implementation
We negotiate pricing and terms, and stay involved through implementation. You contract directly with the platform you choose.
Before you commit
What we check on your behalf once the shortlist is set
These are the items that decide whether the platform still suits you in year three, and none of them appear in a demonstration.
Certification scope
We ask for the certificate rather than the claim, and check that its scope covers the module you are buying. Scope exclusions are common and rarely volunteered.
Who carries support
Several platforms support their partners rather than end users, so your response times come from a reseller agreement and not the vendor SLA.
What the SLA pays out
Whether service credits exist, what maintenance windows are excluded, and who is required to report the outage before the clock starts.
Integration ownership
Whether the connector to your CRM is built and maintained by the vendor, or by you, or by a third party you will be invoiced by separately.
Renewal and exit
Uplift caps, notice periods, data extraction and what happens to call recordings when you leave. All cheap to fix before signature.
Cost at your actual volume
Quotes modelled against your concurrency, seat mix and interaction volume, with the modules that are commonly priced separately brought back into the total.
Common questions
Questions about the shortlist
What buyers ask before they answer the questions
How long does it take?
A few minutes. The questions are short and none of them require you to look anything up. You see the ranked shortlist as soon as you finish.
Do I have to give my details?
Only if you want the shortlist emailed to you as a PDF, or want us to take the selection further. The ranking itself appears on screen without any details.
Is the ranking influenced by which vendors pay you?
We are vendor funded, so the service costs your business nothing. The ranking runs on your answers, and the reasoning behind every placement is shown so you can check it. We hold relationships across more than thirty vendors, which is what makes that possible.
What if I disagree with the shortlist?
Tell us. The reasoning is shown for exactly this purpose. If a platform placed lower than you expected, it is usually because a requirement was stated more strictly than intended, and that is a two minute fix.
Can you help if we have already chosen?
Yes. Reviewing a quote and a contract before signature is quick, and it is where most of the money is saved. Uplift caps and renewal terms are the two items buyers most often miss.
What does this cost?
Nothing. We are vendor funded, so the service costs your business nothing, and you contract directly with the platform you select.
We are vendor funded and completely free to your business. Always focused on the right outcome.
Answer the questions, keep the shortlist.
The ranking is yours whether you speak to us or not. When you want the vendor claims tested in writing and the commercials negotiated, book a call.
