How to reach us
Three ways to start
All three reach the same person. The form is the fastest because it tells us what the conversation is about before it starts.
Before you write
What to send, and what you do not need to have ready
Most people wait until they have a formal requirement before they call an advisor. That is usually the wrong order, because the requirement is the thing worth getting a second opinion on.
If you already have quotes or a shortlist
Send them. We read the commercial terms, not the feature list: the uplift, the minimum commitment, what is excluded from the licence and what leaving would cost. That review is where most of the value sits, and it takes us a day rather than a project.
Fastest to useful, send the paperwork
If you are earlier than that
A conversation is enough. What is not working now, who it affects, and what has to be true in twelve months. We will tell you what the market currently offers against that, which categories are worth looking at, and which of your assumptions we would test first.
Suits a decision that has not been scoped yet
What happens next
From first contact to a shortlist
We are vendor funded, so the whole process costs your business nothing.
You get in touch
By form, phone or email. Nothing is required beyond a sentence about what you are trying to decide.
A first conversation, about thirty minutes
We work out what you actually need, what you already own, and whether this is something we can help with. If it is not, we say so on that call.
We go to market on your behalf
We approach the providers that genuinely fit, using what we know about their current pricing and where they are prepared to move. You are not sitting through five vendor demonstrations to find that out.
You get a shortlist with the commercials attached
Two or three options, what each one costs across the whole contract, and where each one is weak. Written so it can go to a board without being rewritten.
You decide, and we stay involved
Through negotiation, implementation and the first renewal. Our commission does not change based on which option you pick.
Common questions
Questions people ask before they call
The things worth settling before a first conversation, answered here rather than on the call.
Is there any cost to this?
No. We are vendor funded, so the service costs your business nothing.
Will I be handed to a salesperson?
No. You speak to the advisor who does the work, and the same person stays with the engagement through negotiation and implementation.
Do you only work with certain vendors?
We look at the whole market rather than a fixed panel. Where the provider that suits you is one we are not funded by, we say so and you can approach them directly.
How quickly can you start?
A first conversation usually happens within a day or two. A shortlist with commercials attached typically takes one to two weeks, depending on how many providers need to quote.
What if we are already committed to a vendor?
That is still worth a conversation. A contract that is already signed can often be improved at renewal, and knowing what the market is doing changes how that renewal goes.
Where are you based?
Melbourne, and we work with organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Most of the work is done remotely, and we come on site where a migration warrants it.
We are vendor funded and completely free to your business. Always focused on the right outcome.
