Effective date: 24th August 2026
Replaces: the policy dated 18 August 2026
Condor Cloud Technologies handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Who we are
Conor Doherty trading as Condor Cloud Technologies, ABN 39 562 043 443. We give independent technology advice across cloud, connectivity, customer experience, security and AI, and we supply an AI voice agent platform to business customers.
Privacy contact: conor.doherty@cctech.com.au
2. What we collect
Your name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a contact form, booking request or message to us. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how long you spend on them, and your general location at city or region level. Where we are working with your organisation, notes of our meetings and correspondence with you.
We do not seek sensitive information about you. You can browse this site without telling us who you are, and you can ask a general question under a pseudonym, though we need your details to respond to you or to deliver services to your organisation.
3. How we collect it
We collect information when you submit a form, book a call, browse the site, interact with cookies or analytics tools, or tell us things directly during an engagement.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate that activity with other personal information they or others hold about you, including by matching it to your email address. We, or service providers acting for us, may then send you communications and marketing at those addresses.
You can opt out of that advertising at https://app.retention.com/optout, and of the collection of your personal data at https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out. You can also email us at any time and we will suppress your address at our end, whether or not you use those links.
4. Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, contact you about your request, tell you about the services you asked about, deliver services to your organisation, improve the website, understand how people use it, and keep it secure.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Analytics, cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit, Google Tag Manager, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the visitor identification tools described in section 3. Between them these may collect pages visited, time spent, device and browser details and approximate location, and allow LinkedIn to report on visits and show our advertising.
Google explains its own practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy. LinkedIn explains its own at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy, and you can control LinkedIn advertising in your account settings. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though parts of the site may then work less well.
6. Who we share it with
We use third party providers to run our business, including analytics and tag management, advertising platforms, email and calendar systems, CRM and contact management, website hosting, and the visitor identification providers in section 3. They handle information only to deliver their service to us.
Where it is relevant to your enquiry, and where you would expect it, we may pass your details to a technology vendor or partner so they can respond to you. We tell you when we do that.
7. Where we store it and how long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and for as long as our record keeping, tax and legal obligations require. Business records are generally kept for seven years. We delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
Some of the providers behind our systems store information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Information we handle for our customers
We supply an AI voice agent platform to business customers. If you spoke to an automated assistant when calling one of our customers, we handled your information on that customer’s instructions and only to deliver the service to them. All data captured through the platform is processed and stored in Australia.
The organisation you called holds that record and decides what happens to it, so contact them first if you want access to your information or want it corrected. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to them promptly and help them answer.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and we review those measures at least once a year. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
If we find out about unauthorised access to, disclosure of, or loss of personal information, we assess it and respond under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme in Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.
10. Access, correction and complaints
Email conor.doherty@cctech.com.au to ask for access to personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to withdraw consent. There is no charge, and we respond within 30 days. If we cannot give you access or make a correction, we tell you why in writing.
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email us with the details. We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
11. Changes
We update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version is always at this address, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.
